From the 'grain and oil street'
to the city's new time zone
GROUP-OWNED INDUSTRIAL PARKA park wholly invested by Nine Dragon Ball
The Moment Cultural & Tourism Industrial Park is wholly invested by Nine Dragon Ball. Jiushengang Road was once known as Suzhou's 'grain and oil food street'. Time carried away the bustle and left three red-brick factory buildings. In 2024, The Moment completed a renewal here that did not erase memory: red brick, clocks and steel frames were kept, while new colour, planting and daylight moved in.
The project has a floor area of about 10,000 sqm, centred on three factory buildings. Around four threads — new industry offices, new consumption scenes, brand IP incubation and industry-chain clustering — it places 'old and new in collision, industrial energy storage, aesthetic space and cultural meaning' in one neighbourhood. It is not a park behind walls, but an urban fragment you can walk into.
On 18 October 2026, Phase II officially opened. The park has grown from a walkable youth street into a youth community for work, life and incubation; the red brick and clocks left by Phase I remain its entrance.
